8 Features of Pu foam sandwich wall panel

1) Light self weight; Installation is convenient and flexible without the large-size lifting devices so that the construction period is limited with the lower comprehensive costs.

2) Heavy Load-bearing Capacity:-It features high strength and high rigidness and is suitable either for the weight-bearing structure or for the protective structure.

3) Good Temp-keeping & Heat Insulation:-With hard polystyrene foams, average thermal conductivity 0.021w/m.k.

4) Fine fireproof-Test by national quality inspection center for fireproof building material, polystyrene sandwich panel index reach grade B2 and grade A of GB8624 respectively.

5) Flexible Application-As the continuous production line is controlled by the computer system, the length of the compound sheets will be decided and selected according to the designing requirement, transportation and installation conditions. It is possible to select the different thickness of the composite panels in accordance with the roof load-bearing and purline distance.

PU customized cold room panel is using colour coating steel sheet as finishing surface and polyurethane (PU) as core material.

1. Walk-in freezer & cooler Modular polyurethane panel construction

Panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints. 

  * High density thermo insulated panel up to 40kg/m3 or above for perfect cold-room heat insulation efficiency 

  * Low flammable PU foaming material is used in the coldroom panel 

  * Cam-lock design fastener to install cold room tightly and strongly for most convenient cold room installation

  * Silica gel are used on the panel edge of the joint parts of each sandwich panel to ensure perfect sealing to avoid the cooling air leakage from the cool room or moisture inside the PU insulated panel for the best refrigeration and frozen storage result

  * Multiple types of optional thermo insulated panel cold room doors (Convex hinged door/Hinged door/Sliding door) with customized door size

2. Cold-room Panel dimension

Polyurethane sandwiched panels with 100% polyurethane insulation foamed by high pressure .  Standard width of the sandwich panels is 960mm or 1000mm. The maximum length of the cold room panel is 12 meters. Non-standard size PU insulation panels are also available upon request.

3. Various Panel thickness

Thickness from 50mm to 200mm of walk-in freezer & cooler panels is available. You shall choose the appropriate cold room panel thickness based on the room temperature to be maintained and outside design condition of ambient temperature.
